Provenance: This loco was part of closing down sale from a model shop, whose remaining stock was sold at the Excalibur auction in December 2021. 
 
Body condition: Built from an unknown brass kit to a good standard. The frame is "square". Gears show little wear. Decent sized can motor. Painting is good, with real coal added. Although the wheels are of an older courser type, they run though my finescale express points without a problem. No instructions
 
Motion: It runs smoothly at all speeds and the motor pulls a low healthy amperage under load.
