Provenance: This 2-8-0 was part of closing down sale from a model shop, whose remaining stock was sold at the Excalibur auction in December 2021. This loco is numbered 3012 which is possibly not right.
Body condition: Built from an unknown brass kit to a good standard. The frame is "square". Gears show little wear. Decent sized can motor. Painting and weathering is fair/good, with no coal added. No instructions
Motion: It runs smoothly at all speeds and the motor pulls a low healthy amperage under load.
Box condition: Plain heavy card box
