Provenance: This is the one of a large collection of excellent/near mint Hornby engines I bought last January at Warwick & Warwick. Most had been renumbered. I believe these two were "in line" for renumbering, but never got worked on. Any unexpected problems, I always give a free return and refund. This is my hobby rather than a business and I like everything to remain good natured and light hearted.
 
Body condition: I believe these haven't been opened...so I shall leave that pleasure to someone else. Any surprises, just let me know and I'll refund. I'm selling these as in mint condition with instructions and detailing packs. 
 
Running condition: This is sold in "hardly run" condition and will need a service before operation
 
Box condition: Excellent, with some wear to edges and corners
 
Servicing requirements: I expect this model will need a service before running as it has been sitting for several years
 
Mint
Model has been stored in exceptional conditions in the original box and almost never taken out. 
Flawless with no signs of wear, tears and/or signs of being used for play. 
Near Mint
Almost mint condition - model has none to very little show of wear with all parts included. 
Graphics bright, no rust, scuffs or marks
Excellent
Model has very minor wear, but still in excellent condition, with very minor paint or decal wear, if any. Color is still bright and glossy.
No discernible repairs.
